ROYAL ALBERT WHARF
To create a botanical themed showhome targeted at young couples and first-time buyers who want to live in close proximity to Canary Wharf and Central London.
Our target audience of a sociable, young, professional couple inspired much of our design and their want to live somewhere vibrant, yet calming, away from the city.
One of the key elements of this design was to maximise space where possible. In the living room we used a corner sofa to increase the seating available and used a circular coffee table and dining table to improve the flow around the room. In the bedroom we added small side tables and a chest of drawers for additional storage and where there was no room for a console table in the hallway, we used a wall mounted shelf for storage and character.
We wanted our interiors scheme to create a tranquil environment so chose a colour palette that was calming and sophisticated. In the living room we opted for a neutral sofa and paired it with a rust orange armchair to add a pop of colour and black metal furniture to create a balance. This was complemented by lots of faux plants and chosen accessories to suit the botanical theme.
