THE BRIEF
To create a show home that suits potential buyers of the area, mainly families and to appeal to people who prefer rural life but may work in the city.
INSPIRATION
Modern elegance. The location was a huge influence, with deep blues and greens to reflect the water, brass elements to inject luxury and an industrial touch as a nod towards Ebbsfleet history. Themeing to the bedrooms provides a family focus with plenty of walkthrough space on the ground floor.
