We've won ‘Best Showhome’ for our Grand Avenue showhome project in the 2023 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.
We were crowned Best Showhome at an award ceremony at the London Marriott, Grosvenor Square on Friday 1st September.
The winning project is a two bedroom apartment designed to appeal to young professionals situated in the popular seaside town of Hove. Working with the developer, Southern Housing New Homes, the interiors take influence from the property’s historic and iconic location and Brighton’s famous birdcage bandstand, and include geometric shapes, bold patterns, monochrome palettes, mosaic styles, and botanical touches.
The winners of the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards are decided by public vote and a panel of judges and the following comments were made about the showhome project: “Their artful presentation and impeccable design has set a new standard for showcasing living spaces”.

The First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards is an annual event celebrating everyone from housebuilders to housing associations that help aspirational buyers onto the housing ladder.
