To create a showhome that would appeal to first-time-buyers - specifically young professionals - in the E14 East London area.
Inspiration came from the once industrial, and now converted to residential warehouses of London’s East Docklands. Handmade items and natural materials were also used throughout, echoing the urban lifestyle vibe and to create an overall industrial-meets-luxury loft living style.
We used rich velvets and brass accents to create a ‘luxurious yet lived in’ look incorporating the latest colour trends of the year to appeal to the younger demographic.
Our key focus was to ensure we not only spoke to the brief and location of the apartment, but we understood the target buyers’ personality, likes and hobbies.
"I loved mixing the variety of textures to create the luxurious, yet lived in, look"
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
“I was very impressed at the choice of individual pieces and unique textures INVESTA brought to another one of our developments. The teams ability to constantly create new and imaginative places for Bellway’s clients to live is wonderful!
We were over the moon when we found out Explorer’s Wharf had won the UK Property Awards for best interior design. The showhome received great feedback from first time buyers and investors alike. The show home has been the foundation for the huge success in sales we have had on site, so it didn’t come as a surprise to us that it won such a prestigious accolade."
