EXPLORER'S WHARF
THE BRIEF
To create a showhome that would appeal to first-time-buyers - specifically young professionals - in the E14 East London area.
INSPIRATION
Inspiration came from the once industrial, and now converted to residential warehouses of London’s East Docklands. Handmade items and natural materials were also used throughout, echoing the urban lifestyle vibe and to create an overall industrial-meets-luxury loft living style.
THE DESIGN
We used rich velvets and brass accents to create a ‘luxurious yet lived in’ look incorporating the latest colour trends of the year to appeal to the younger demographic.
Our key focus was to ensure we not only spoke to the brief and location of the apartment, but we understood the target buyers’ personality, likes and hobbies.
