GLENGALL RISE

The brief was to design a creative, contemporary show home, appealing to a wide local audience, with a particular focus on young families familiar with the area.

North Peckham, a vibrant and evolving neighbourhood full of energy and character, inspired a design that is welcoming, stylish, and perfectly suited to family living.

The three-bedroom show home was designed specifically for a family—a couple with a child—reflecting their lifestyle and connection to the local area. Likely to have friends nearby and enjoy the local hotspots for weekend outings, dining, and drinks, the home also celebrates its proximity to Burgess Park, with playful nods to the local skate park integrated throughout.

The colour palette is grounded and earthy, layered with a reclaimed, industrial edge that pays homage to the site’s former industrial estate, the development’s exterior, and the surrounding parkland. We’ve introduced pops of colour and unexpected combinations that reference the young, vibrant branding gradient, creating a space that feels both contemporary and full of character.
