The launch of our latest furniture collections is more than a design refresh; it’s an opportunity to showcase how people are living today and how homes are evolving, from flexible working spaces to a greater focus on comfort, durability, and sustainability.

These collections have been carefully developed to respond to changing needs, combining thoughtful design with practical features tailored to modern living and new-build environments.

In this Q&A, our Group Creative & Product Director shares the inspiration behind the designs, the materials chosen, and how we continue to create furniture that supports both lifestyle and long-term property value.

Q: What was the main inspiration behind this new collection?

A: Our furniture is inspired by the way people live. We create pieces that are not just practical and long-lasting but also reflect a variety of lifestyles. With more people working from home these days, we’ve introduced natural finishes that help bring the outdoors inside and promote a sense of well-being.

Q: How does this collection reflect the evolution of our brand?

A: This is reflected in our growing range of unique, in-house designed furniture that directly meet our clients’ needs, offering specific features, enhancing environmental value, and staying true to our core identity.

These collections are more than just products; they are a physical representation of our journey. Showcasing our ability to craft innovative designs with trusted quality, making us a reliable and relevant choice for our customers.

Q: What materials and textures define the collections, and why were they chosen?

A: Designed with investment properties in mind, our collections bring together resilient materials and practical textures chosen to balance aesthetics, function and durability.

We carefully select each element from responsibly sourced wood veneers, scratch-resistant ceramics, and woven textiles, applying a nature-inspired colour palette to complement a wide range of property styles.

Q: Is there a particular piece in the collection that stands out as your favourite?

A: That’s a tough one! I really enjoyed developing the Bizarre coffee table for our Prime 2 Collection. The travertine stone top’s decorative character pairs beautifully with the minimalist bronze base, the perfect balance of understated luxury and timeless design. I am very pleased with the results.

Q: How does this collection align with our sustainability goals?

A: When creating our new furniture collections, we put a lot of thought into the materials we use. We have introduced more sustainable options, including FSC-certified, responsibly sourced wood, ceramic, and steel.

Q: What are you doing to help reduce environmental impact?

A: We’re committed to making our operations as environmentally friendly as possible. We are using more sustainable materials, running our delivery fleet efficiently to save fuel, and designing flatpack furniture with minimal packaging to reduce our footprint during storage and shipping.

We’re proud to be a zero-to-landfill company. Last year alone, we recycled over 30.5 tonnes of cardboard—a 7.5% increase from the year before. We’re also working to phase out plastics from our packaging entirely.

As a Carbon Neutral company, we’ve cut our overall emissions by 70% and offset 380 tonnes of CO₂. On top of that, we’ve planted 474 offshore trees, which have removed another 120 tonnes of CO₂ from the atmosphere.

Q: How do you see customer preferences changing in the coming years?

A: When people shop for furniture, they’re starting to think more about what really matters. They’re choosing eco-friendly, sustainable materials to help reduce their impact on the environment. Instead of going for the cheapest option, they’re willing to invest in quality pieces that are built to last, focusing on durability, longevity, and real value over time.

Q: How does this collection position us within the competitive furnishing services landscape?

A: We understand how people live in their homes, and because we design and develop in-house, we’re able to create products that are perfectly suited to new-build living.

Our knowledge and experience are embedded in the furniture we create. Mindful details, including storage beds, soft-close drawers, and slim-armed sofas that maximise seating space, are all thoughtfully incorporated to make everyday living easier and more comfortable.

While the look may be new, our collections stay true to what we’ve always stood for: trusted quality, reliability, and affordability. With a wide choice of styles, finishes, and forms readily available in stock, our interior collections make it easy for customers to personalise their properties and create spaces they genuinely connect with.

Q: Are there any upcoming materials or concepts you’re excited to explore?

A: I am excited to explore material efficiency by minimising components to reduce waste, and I am eager to investigate sustainable, engineered recycled materials and apply them in innovative ways.

When Design Meets Value

For us, furniture has always been about more than simply filling a space. It’s about helping people feel at home while giving properties a lasting sense of quality and character.

These new collections bring together everything we believe in: considered design, trusted craftsmanship, sustainable thinking, and practical solutions that work for everyday living.

As expectations around interiors continue to grow, we remain focused on creating furniture that adds real value for developers, investors, and homeowners alike, with pieces that look beautiful on day one and continue to perform for years to come.
